New Patient Visit- 60 minutes
$375 per 60 minute visit.
To evaluate and treat complaints of musculoskeletal pain such as headaches, cervical/thoracic/lumbar/sacral pain, pelvic pain, rib pain, knee/hip/elbow/wrist/foot/shoulder pain, sciatica, pregnancy related pain, TMJ, paresthesias/numbness, concussions, vertigo, plus many more.
Established Patient Follow Up Visits- 30 minutes
$200 per 30 minute visit.
To evaluate and treat ongoing issues or assess new ones.
Osteopathic Packages for Non-Medicare B Patients (most beneficial for new patients)
Enrollment fee $75, renew annually
Must see Dr. Gronski for at least one New Patient Visit first.
Packages are ideal for patients whose insurance will not reimburse them for visits. In membership plan, no superbill can be provided.
