A $100 deposit is required at the time of scheduling your initial consultation. This amount will be applied toward the cost of your visit. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or in the event of a no-show.

To evaluate and treat complaints of musculoskeletal pain such as headaches, cervical/thoracic/lumbar/sacral pain, pelvic pain, rib pain, knee/hip/elbow/wrist/foot/shoulder pain, sciatica, pregnancy related pain, TMJ, paresthesias/numbness, concussions, vertigo, plus many more.
Established Patient Follow Up Visits- 30 minutes
$210 per 30 minute visit.
